They are a reminder for me to never underestimate the cunning of a female. Evelyn Ryans is just such a female, and she does not hide it. In her, I find everything that led to my people losing every war against humanity. That continually recurring smirk, the taunting remarks I catch her giving other members of her team. The hawk-like glare that causes Tungstad to back away from Rivers. And most importantly, the brilliantly quick wit she displayed during our intensive drilling on the way to Romulan space.
