Lieutenant JG Eugenie Danglars

 Eugenie’s short brown hair is always neatly combed, parted on the left. His sea-blue eyes seem to pierce you when he gazes. Those traits tell of his French upbringing, but the subtle ridges on his nose bespeak his bajoran mother. He is true to the religion his mother had taught him, and wears a small regulation earing to signify his pah (faith).

Danglars is a driven young man, having spent about six months on short-term science missions since the academy he is excited about getting the chance to finally go on a deep space exploration mission like the ones he grew up hearing about. It’s the reason he joined Starfleet.

His father was the first in his family to break with tradition and marry someone who wasn’t French. His mother was a Bajoran that was swept off her feet by the French Starfleet Officer that was his father. The two live on the small family vineyard in southern France.

Danglars followed in his father’s footsteps after spending his childhood before age 13 in space. When his parents retired and moved back to earth he spent the next four years working to get into the academy and subsequently graduated from Starfleet Academy in the top 10% of his class. He dual-majored in Astrophysics and Temporal Mechanics.

He’s a hard worker, diplomatic, friendly, and very proud of both his French and Bajoran heritage.
