Basic History
Personal History | Daxos spent most of his childhood on the Marax, only interrupted by the few times he was allowed to join his mother off-ship when trading with some colony or other ship. He was fascinated by technology, and could mostly be found tinkering with some part of the ship, to his parents' great dismay. His oldest sister Baxas tought him how to help keep the ship's systems operational, but whenever there was a dull moment, he would begin poking around and taking things apart to "improve" them, often yielding more problems than it did good. After the Marax had spent a few years in the Beta and Alpha quadrants, Andox and Lexien started to realize that, due to a bad run of luck with their trades, they would soon have trouble keeping their children fed. Daxos soon saw an opportunity to both help his family and pursue his interest in engineering. After discussing the idea thoroughly with his family, he finally applied and was accepted into the Starfleet Academy. | |
