Basic History
| Personal History | Little is known of Mr. Gray until 81387.09 (13/10/2403) when he was recovered from the wreckage of science station 356 beta after a cataclysmic accident during the testing phase of a new power generation device, which has since been scrapped. After a quick physical recovery it became evident that the trauma of the event has caused retrograde amnesia, meaning he is unable to remember much of his life before the event. | |
| Medical History | Retrograde amnesia, meaning the patient only has limited access to memories before the 81387.09 event. After the event his memory is perfectly normal, in fact the patient has often shown the an almost photographic memory ability. Recommendations, as the attending physician I am recommending that the patient by assisted by Dr. Ellana S'jet as counselor in order to assist him in retrieving some of his old memories. Further more, as a military background is evident in his reactions and abilities, I recommend that he be enrolled in Starfleet academy on a provisional basis in order to house him in a more familiar environment. | |

| Additional Information | The decision was made to allow Cadet Gray to enter Starfleet academy on a purely provisional basis under strict supervision of Dr. Ellana S'jet. By the end of the first year at the academy although non of his old memories had resurfaced in any meaningful way, his great tactical and covert operations abilities became more and more evident. After some debate among my colleagues and I it was decided to take him on as a full cadet, we have had stranger things happen. throughout his academy career Cadet Gray developed a reputation among his piers as always being in the wrong place at just the right time when you needed him. Often managing to get fellow cadets out of sticky situations. |
