Family History		Suzanne Drago was the captain of the S.S. Orca that made regular hauling runs for various mining colonies. The ship was attacked by several Orian ships and federation ship in the system came to the aid of the Orca dispatching the Orians and saving the Orca. However the damage to the Orca was extensive so an engineering team beams over to repair the damage. Grateful for the assistance Anca revealed several locations of illegal mining operations that she knew about in federation space. Five years later The S.S. Orca was in the sierra sector and was attacked and nearly destroyed. The Ship crash landed in the Rhi System on Rhi III. The only survivors where Maximillian Drago and Samuel White. the two where best friends.

Basic History

Personal History		Upon being found on Rhi III by the Romulan refugees, Max was taken in by a woman named Eviess i-Nn'Verih t'Mas. Seeing that Max was very intelligent and very fast study she taught him various skills in the feilds of Engineering and sciences. when Max reached the age of 16 he had learned the Romulan and Reman languages and customs. Eviess used several favors to get Max off Rhi III and to star base 39. Before he left, she gave him her honor blade and a Romulan disruptor pistol. Max swore he would never get rid of them for any reason. Upon reaching Star base 39 max read about Starfleet and Federation on a PADD that he found and fixed. his most researched topics where Captian Data, Lore, B-4, cyberneticist Dr. Noonian Soong, and geneticist Arik Soong. Working on the star base Max made a contacts with a few people. Continuing his studies he did what research was publicly accessible on Engineering and Sciences. Upon his eighteenth birthday he took the test for Starfleet Academy admissions. Passing it on the third attempt, he was transported to Earth via the U.S.S. Louisville. Finishing the academy with high marks in Science and engineering with a focus on theoretical engineering and cybernetics. Dr. Drago, Nicknamed, the Wrench Doctor, requested placement on the U.S.S. Louisville but was denied. Instead he was sent to memory alpha to continue his research. After reading about the devastation and high casualties in the first Borg war of the late 24th century, he started independent research into designing a ship based around a story Eviess told him about a 22nd century ship that was piloted in Federation space even though the pilot was on Romulus. After 6 years at memory alpha and none of his designs put into use, he applied for a transfer to a deep space assignment, hoping that his work would find some real world applications. His request was answered by Starfleet,s elite division and he was brought to Starbase 10.
