Basic History
| Personal History | Many of his father’s holonovels were mysteries like the Sherlock Holmes novels of old; experiencing these novels during his youth set Jacob on his path to Starfleet. He did not have the necessary grades to join Starfleet Academy, so he enlisted once he was out of school. He showed great proficiency in investigation during his training and during his first assignment. As the years passed, Jacob’s experience often made him the unofficial man-at-arms for most of his assignments. He was officially named the master-at-arms on the USS Lotus, where he doubles as the lead security investigations officer, when Lt. JG Vincent took over as security chief. |
