USS Athens NCC-83818, Seventh Fleet: Initially assigned as Firstwatch Officer with the rank of Petty officer 1st class, of this small deep space survey vessel but was reassigned after having some strong personality clashes with the Captain of that ship. 2405 USS Filk NCC-44298, 12th Fleet: Chief Communications Officer with the rank of Master chief petty officer 2407 USS Athens NCC-83818, Seventh Fleet:after patching things up with long time friend and Captain of the Athens, Ben Returned to the as Chief of Operations with the rank of Ensign. 2410 Starbase 10: security department with the rank of Ensign. His application to the elite division of Starfleet was accepted and he applied for deep space assignment. 2410 USS Spectre: chief of security and tactical with the rank of Lieutenant junior grade. Moral Lesson Learned in the Academy		Ben was deeply conflicted after one of his superiors, a Captain Hyvonin, refused to mobilize on a military mission because the military action in question hadn't been sanctioned by the Federation. Hyvonin had refused orders from Section 31 on the grounds that they weren't legal. Hyvonin was Court Martialed and cleared of the matter. The lesson Ben learned was that as an officer of the fleet he needed to stay true to his beliefs even when his orders seemed to conflict because his orders might just be illegal.
