| Family History | His father met his mother during a guest lecture at the Academy while promoting the Unification project under Ambassador Spock of Vulcan. They became married 3 years later despite the large gap in their ages (60 years) it is believed she instigated and controlled there entire relationship. Mirvanna was declared dead after the destruction of Romulus as she had returned there just shortly before the event and no word has been forthcoming from her sense. After her death his father returned to Vulcan to perform the cleansing meditation ritual but the then 15 year old Vir'ell refused to go with him and so was left in the care of his fathers oldest friend in Starfleet, Captain Thomas Gould, a retired engineer.
