- Born with it. Watched original airing of TOS in 1966.
Seen most, if not all, episodes of TOS, TNG, DS9,Voy and Ent.; plus all 11 movies numerous times.
Even have a copy of ST:TNG Tech manual ... for those extreme engineering practices.
