In addition, I was checking the "Open Relations" page. Please confirm that there isn't a greeting from Lotus Fleet before I add one... since there was a request on the page to basically have one thread per community in this section.

I'm newly promoted to the position of Liaison Officer, they still haven't grante dme permission to even view my section in the forums.

Also I've checked in the Open Relations section and couldn't see any posts from anyone in Lotus Fleet.

 When I had first contacted Lotus Fleet I had overstepped my boundaries a bit. It wasn't my role to be contacting any fleets for diplomatic reasons. My actual duties weren't made clear to me until today. Please accept my humble apologies.

It's a pleasure to introduce myself to Lotus Fleet, on behalf of UFPlanets.com. I'd like to thank you for your warm welcome with Mr. Bond and myself, and take the opportunity to apologise for any confusion that's arisen. Bond has shown great initiative as a Liaison Officer by speaking to you, and I hope we can arrange Joint Fleet Events in the future with Bond as the facilitator.

Speaking of which, depending on what your membership is most interested in, we can offer events within STO, and much more. We have an entire division devoted to games outside Star Trek also, called Holodeck, which include SWTOR, Star Citizen and more. I also notice Lotus has strong facilities for role-play, and this is also something I am personally interested in.

We would certainly enjoy joining in events within STO and others with members of the UFP. Out of curiosity, do you have any active Diablo III players.... or even StarCraft? (personal interests of mine)

We have Lotus Fleet members that are already invested in Star Citizen... so I know that this will be of common interest to both fleets as well.

We will be finishing up our current round of an RP join-story shortly, so please prepare to join-in and invite others that may be interested, when we begin our next RP adventure. Currently, we have two active ships (Horizon & Phoenix) and a variety of positions for candidates to consider. If we add in even more PCs, we may even be able to add in an awaiting third ship.

I've updated your status as an Ambassador from the UFP.

So...come back and visit us often and post messages and any updates accordingly.
