Has anyone set up a Romulan run fleet?

 As Romulan toons go either Federation or Klingon faction, we have no Romulan fleet. I myself have a Federation aligned Romulan character presently at sub-Admiral rank, and he runs with our Lotus Fleet.

Hello, I am brand new to the game actually. I have one character LtC lvl 15 however I believe I've made some mistakes with her. Presently she has an Exeter Cruiser Refit fairly well armed. I understand some about this game but I think not knowing some key elements have messed me up a bit.

I intend to make a brand new FED character (Name TBD tonight) to go with the Starter pack ship, Steamrunner. And RP her as a brand new Tactical Officer. I would like to go through the Academy as part of the Lotus Fleet and as an officer Commanding a ship for the first time. I will update this post with their name and my ingame name and #. 

I now wish I had played this game from the start as it is alot of fun and I am subbing! I have alot of questions ofcourse as i do not wish to be a burden on anyone.
