Ill put the bugs and pitfalls of the upgrade system here as I find them.
The Kinetic Cutting Beam loses its damage x3 mod when you put it in the window. Upgrading it to 13 will leave it about 4 dps lower than before.\
Using a green upgrade mod is a waste of Dil and arguably the blue too.

this is a good idea Hera...I haven't really paid attention to the stuff that I've upgraded thus far, but will make a point to do so going forward!
