You can get a Xindi Boff off the lobi store. It comes with Impatient SPACE trait "Reduced Cooldowns on Tactical Bridge Officer Abilities"
That sounds amazing for the heavy tac boats. Is it as cool as it sounds? You know?

sounds like they realize people just overload their boats with tac powers and are trying to offer a different route than A2B.
prepare for tacscorts to reach a new level of dangerous!
all this, and it wont boost the already broken A2B. clever.
the only draw back is that you have to slot out a romulan boff, thus losing crit chance and severity, or boosted dmg from decloaking.
