I got my Romulan to 50 motivated by the Lobi and toys form the replay to find....no ship.
It wasnt just that I coudlnt access any of my Federation ships I have to pay cash to get any of the Romulan ships too. Im flabergasted someone thought this was a good idea.
Is there something Im missing? I checked the Romulan Fleet and ESD and I can find nothing.

Unfortunately, I haven't played my Romulan characters (or my Klingon ones) in awhile so I can't be of any help here.

I checked this and you are correct...there are no vice admiral level Romulan ships that don't come from the Fleet store or the Zen Store. I guess the ships that are mean to be used are the level 45 or subadmiral ships. I'd never thought about it before because I got the Legacy Pack prior to launch.
