Seeking member assistance creating Lotus Fleet promotions

Greetings all.

I am going to be among a dozen or so  Star Trek panelists for the upcoming Phoenix ComicCon 14
June 5-8, 2014. Currently, we are still finalizing the chosen topics/panelists/dates/times/locations etc... that will occur among all of the activities and guests that will be there over the four-day event.

Since I will be involved with this convention throughout the 4 days, I was thinking that this could also be a great opportunity to also do some in-person promotion for our fleet. Therefore, I am seeking some creative individuals among our talented fleet members that would be willing to design, create, and/or donate items that I could use/wear/display, etc... while attending/presenting there: i.e. there will be MANY Star Trek fans throughout the convention center.

For example, a two-sided Fleet t-shirt: awesomely designed and ready to wear at the convention. Some large informational Lotus Fleet posters that I could hang-up during the Star Trek panels I will be involved with. Some Lotus fleet business cards that I could hand out among the thousands of people that will be participating and milling about throughout this convention. Fleet mugs to drink from... pens/pencils with the logo and website on them, and/or any other Ideas/suggestions that members have to help promote our fleet during this or other related conventions.

So... please reply below if you have some ideas and/or materials that you'd be willing to donate to this Fleet-oriented promotional adventure.

Well... this convention is only two weeks away now.

With over 100,000 guests expected to descend on this event occurring not only in the Convention Center buildings, but outdoors and in nearby hotels throughout downtown Phoenix, this has the potential to be a viable resource for recruiting potential new members to our fleet.

But I am obviously only one person and therefore limited in what I alone can do. So I would like once again to ask for some fleet member assistance/contributions.

For example, Fleet Captain Storm Windfall is creating a unique Lotus Fleet Badge for me to wear throughout the convention panels and events as one form of promotion.

Admiral Athos is putting together some upcoming STO Fleet events so that we can video capture teams of Lotus Fleet members engaged in seasonal episodes, STFs and or PVE's that I will project on large screens during a Star Trek Online panel. Great visual promotion for the fleet!

I could also use other customized Lotus Fleet flyers/pamphlets/business cards and such to hand-out/distribute.... I just need the templates made and I will have them printed up.

The same thing with a couple of Lotus Fleet posters. Nice graphics and key information about the fleet would be extremely helpful.

We could also use flyers/posters about our fleet RP. There are lots of professional and amateur writers in attendance. We may be able to find some writers and/or Star Trek fans interested in joining our RP department.

In other words, I need some tangible things to give to people. This convention is a bit of a sensory overload with all the things going on... but if we could reach just some of these participants, it could potentially be very beneficial to our fleet.

So... who else can help out with this recruitment effort?
