I think adding Wil to the line up of possible writers is fantastic. The man has lived both in the world we all love and is very deep in nerd/geek. A fresh start if played correctly could be what is needed to carry Star Trek into the next few generations. I know I'd love if my daughter could see her own generation like we all did.

Unfortunately, even with Abrams saying he will produce but not direct his third and last one STINO (let's pray they won't sign him up again!) any new series will not even be considered until after releasing his last dsaster... in 2016!

Just because something has never happened that way before doesnt mean that it wont happen again.
Though I will say if its Nutrek and not old trek there is a very limited amount of alcohol in the world to make it paletable.
