In order of reference, the names above were chosen from mythical birds related to the Phoenix, to whit;
Anka= Persian; Benu=Egyptian; Fenghuang=Chinese; Garuda=Hindu; Kerkes=Turkish; Me byi Karmo=Tibetan

That is a lot of auxillary ships how large is the Phoenix you just listed a starbase worth of shuttles

That is only 30 vessels.
The Avenger class Fleet Star Cruiser ( http://www.stowiki.org/Fleet_Star_Cruiser#Avenger_class ) is 856 meters long x 402 meters wide x 275 meters high, comprising 25 decks. Has 2 shuttle bays.

Far from it Sorripto; a starbase has hundreds of shuttles. Starbase Lotus for example has routinely 500 shuttles available to it.
Looking at it's size/number of decks ratio and personnel complement, it is at least as large as a Galaxy class which sported:
