We are presenting our fourth issue of our Fleet Newsletter for 2016: issue #21.
 
In the Message from the Fleet Admiral, I will be addressing a series of recent events within our STO Armada. I'll just say that it is often a challenge to uphold the projected Starfleet ideals of the 23rd/24th/25th century within the mindsets of those here in the 21st century.
 
So what else will you see this time around?

As mentioned repeatedly, we would still like to expand the content and scope of the each upcoming issue. But to do so, we need more involvement from a variety of our fleet members. Nevertheless, you may notice other content added or changed in subsequent issues of the Newsletter.
 
All fleet members are welcome to submit their own ideas, articles and/or images, but we would also like to have at least a few members step-up into an active role to keep our Newsletter going and to assist our Editor with articles and features.
