Greetings Fleet members and Friends of Lotus Fleet!

We are presenting our next issue of our Fleet Newsletter for 2015: issue #15.

In this issue, we are including the months of September & October. This serves multiple purposes, including getting us synchronized between issue date and release date while allowing us to expand the content a bit. There may be some other changes coming in future issues as well, thanks to the initiative of Lieutenant Arina.

There is more information about STO in this issue too as it relates to our fleet, including the latest Message from the FCO. This could potentially ignite more participation and activity among fleet members and perhaps with new Armada members. Please read about this to know what is transpiring.

So what else will you see this time around?

With the contributions of our fleet members in combination with the effort and creativity of our Newsletter Editor, here are this issues offerings:

-Message from The Fleet Admiral's Office

-Spawnner: His name is true (interview)

-RP Update by Admiral Kheren

-Section 31 Files by Rear Admiral BLZBUB

-STO Update by Admiral Athos

-STO Tips and Tricks by Rear Admiral Battle Lion

-Awards, Promotions and Organ Donations

-Mission to Horatius (continues) by Mack Reynolds

-Important Links

-Along with other various things sprinkled in

As mentioned repeatedly, we would still like to expand the content and scope of the each upcoming issue. But to do so, we need more involvement from a variety of our fleet members.

All fleet members are welcome to submit their own ideas and/or articles, but we would also like to have at least a few members step-up into an active role to keep our Newsletter going and to assist our Acting Editor with articles and features.

So "Thank you" to any and all contributors for this edition and feel free to send your questions, comments, suggestions, and/or articles to Lieutenant Arina or myself!

Please download and peruse through this new issue at your convenience!
