Fleet Newsletter #2 now released!

Under the amazing effort of our Newsletter Editor and all-around wizard of Publisher: Captain Storm Windfall, you will notice a change in format once again. We hope that you all enjoy this issue and note the results of the time and energy she invested into creating this edition.
