Greetings Fleet members and Friends of Lotus Fleet!
 
We are presenting our next issue of our Fleet Newsletter for 2015: issue #16.
 
In this issue, we are on target for the month of November. There is more information about STO in this issue too as it relates to our fleet. There is also the latest Message from the FCO regarding upcoming changes to our fleet website. This not only includes an overview, but a "heads-up" that our site will be down for approximately 24 hours as these changes are implemented.

As with all of the work we've been doing this too is something that we hope will potentially ignite more participation and activity among fleet members and perhaps with new Armada members. Please read about all of these thing inside this issue to know what is transpiring.

As mentioned repeatedly, we would still like to expand the content and scope of the each upcoming issue. But to do so, we need more involvement from a variety of our fleet members. Nevertheless, you may notice other content added in subsequent issues of the Newsletter.
 
All fleet members are welcome to submit their own ideas and/or articles, but we would also like to have at least a few members step-up into an active role to keep our Newsletter going and to assist our Acting Editor with articles and features.
