Dil Dil everywhere!

The turn in controband DOFF Caitian is just outside of the Admoral's office in ESD facing toward the window wall of his office she is on the right and down on th lower platform by the exterior wall window. In the KDF side he is in the Great Hall on the left as you head in.
"Fleet Dilithium Mine: 100% Bonus Dilithium Ore for Daily Mining Missions"
Not much more I can say to make that more awesome other than to teach a trick. If you care about time more than dil start it and start the mining exercise then close the interaction window. You will get little mined dil but end the quests quickly and esp with the boost have some nice pocket change.
Do the space Space battle area at the end and hit the three planet killers for a 1.5k rep turn in regardless of your rep level.
