Tips and Tricks for Risa

So there are some tricks for this event (arent there always)

First Ill offer is a rumor that if you have character A guy the escort and character B buy the cruiser then character C can by both this summer.  I dont know for sure as I was sick last year and missed the event.  someone who owns a ship would need to check the new ones cost.

now for swimsuits, fliers, and the like there is a way to game the system on one of the events but briefly ill touch on the other two.

The Sandcastles /sound/ like great fun.  In practice they have some horrid bugs.   First the number of places is fixed if your server has 10 or 100 players on it.  Second someone can claim multiple spots and not use any of them griefing the server. 

The find quest is well..I assume they only have a few per server.  Ive spent an hour looking and server hopping and couldnt find one. 

Now the dance contest is great.  No competition and people swearing at you.  Just do a few dance moves.  But it caps at 25 making it much less efficient unless you game the system.  The favors can be transferred in an account bank so log your characters out at the dance floor and log from character to character dancing till you get your 25 and in the end you make much more faster. 

You can also buy them off other players (Direct trade only no Exchange) but the prices their going for is a bit crazy with people hungry for the swimsuits.  Heck you might mace some EC selling yours.

If you fly up really high and disengage your floater you can fall and deal yourself massive damage. IMMEDIATELY pet your cannibal tribble and you will DIE.

for best results, do this on the middle of the dance floor.

In my quest for EC I found a strategy using the event that is tailored to strange people like me

I have an alt account I leveled to 50 so I could swap BOFFS around.  Having maxed my account a couple of times when I had friends trying the game I rolled other throw away accounts.  I took them and leveled them to 10.

I took my 4 accounts to Risa and ran them at once.  Pinning the emotes tab to the screen and resizing it to show all the dance moves at one I alt tabbed between the 4 dancers.  I occasionally would miss the 4th but not enough I didnt get the 200 favors in one dance session.

So Ill be selling swimsuits soon
