During the Party Patrol mission, wait until Q is done shuffling around in the presents.

switch to shooter "manual aim" mode. Aim at each present until the reticle "bullseye" changes.

Q is hiding in that present!

now you can never get it wrong, don't have to pay attention, and can have SEVERAL going at once!
