Fleet Dilithium Mine

Although not many functionalities and benefits are available yet, there are still a few (you can get fleet consoles and warp cores for example) and you can at least visit the interior mais section and fly around the system.
According to STO, transwarp link will eventually be up. For the moment, to go to our mine , you have to fly through sector space.
Go to beta Ursae Sector Block or take the transwarp route to DS9
Once there, fly in sector space to Fleet Mine Holdings which is located near the Ferengi Mine Holding (identified on both map and map systems listing) and enter.
The traffic control officer will allow you to beam down into the facility.
