Joining Lotus Fleet is as easy as following the links in our "How to Enroll" thread here by Rear Admiral Brigham:

Within that thread you will find links to the Academy cadet user interface, and a link below that showing a short video on orientation.
Once again, welcome aboard and we shall see you in-game sometime I hope.

Why thank you both for the warm welcome to the Fleet i know i will enjoy it here and i do have questions. How do I sign up for the Academy and should I remain online on STO to receive the invite?

You are most certainly welcome Drake.
1. Check out the LF Academy Link listed toward the top on the left sidebar. There are links to "How to enroll", A-12 application, Get First Course Keys, etc...
2. For STO, list your full charater name & handle in this link: http://www.lotusfleet.org/forums/viewtopic.php?f=7&t=17 and one of us will set you up. You don't need to be in game, the invite will show up the next time you login afyer its been sent.
