You cannot be invited in the STO fleet if you are already in another one.

Sorry but no. Only certain ranked officers can do invites.

My sincere apologies Tetra25. At least one of the officers I had PM'd couldn't invite you as he currently did not have STO installed.
I need to travel this morning, but will re-install STO while I am away, and hopefully get you an invite when I log in later today, or tonight.
