In this video you can meet the organizers of the Enterprise-D restoration project and learn about their plans to reconstruct a complete starship bridge set from Star Trek: The Next Generation.
Turns out, the pieces of this bridge were just left out to waste away in the Paramount Studio lot for years before being discovered and salvaged.

"New Starship Enterprise Bridge Restoration is nonprofit foundation created to completely restore one of the Paramount created Enterprise-D Bridge sets from Star Trek: The Next Generation, so it can be displayed to the public and turned into an Interactive Museum attraction.
The ORIGINAL TV Set was destroyed for the film Star Trek: Generations, and this duplicate set was created in 1997 by Paramount, under the supervision of Herman Zimmerman and Michael Okuda.
A group of the original Star Trek designers, artists, cast and crew including Ronald D. Moore, Naren Shankar, Doug Drexler, Andrew Probert, Herman Zimmerman, Rick Sternbach, David Gerrold, Brent Spiner and Larry Nemecek, are helping us update our set to the 21st Century technology with WORKING INTERACTIVE Touch Screen LCARS COMPUTERS. It will be the equivalent of the world's largest, totally interactive educational video game.
By 2014, it will be opened to the public for Weddings, Meetings, Movie Showings, Fund Raising, Tours, Fan Films and more. Our Kickstarter and Indiegogo raised over $84,000, every dime of which goes directly into the restoration."

Re: Restoring the Next Generation Enterprise Bridge
Funnily enough, I know the primary organizer of this project. The ship that I am a part of deals with him directly.
