The only RP story we have outside of the 25th century and set in Kirk's time (but featuring a few 24th century features like Q, a Ferengi and a Bolian character, a Vor'Cha and the Picard maneuver; yeah it's a time travel story) : Fool's Errand is quite good but is still fifty pages long and does not feature the actual characters of TOS (except for the Organians).
