Very nice, along the same lines have you seen the Baldur's Gate Enhanced Edition that was released by Beamdog Games? I downloaded it the other day and Beamdog has done an excellent job updating one of the best D&D PC games to ever grace store shelves :)

Wow, now that brings back some memories!

This book is where it all began for me. My first thrilling steps into RP back in 1980.

And I still have those books here at home! (this one and the following Expert set bought together back then for about 10 bucks).

I started with the blue book that had a whopping three(!) levels in it.  Many, many good memories.

I've been tempted to buy the 'enhanced' game but I still own all the original games.  :D

 OH MY GOODNESS!

I have to dig out my die (die?) now, and make sure they are all there. ;)

Still have the Basic and Advanced D&D rule books and DM guides... along with the B2 module and the Keep on the Borderlands one. Even a Greyhawk early one, but I cannot recall the exact module that is.

2d10+2 says I can destroy a 7-headed Hydra before any of you can!! :-P

Sadly I lost all my books in a moving incident years ago.  Ive collected a few since but not near the collection I had.  My most prized possessions were the entire run of Dungeon Magazine and Dragon Magazine starting around 20 or so.

I kinda burned out on it because I was always the Dungeon Master for a long long time.

My friends and I still play but we play 3.5  While 4 has its ups and downs 3.5 is still in my mind the best RPG system ever and also the most fun.
