just finished working on this banner what do you guys think? Banner is to large to for the  forum frame so right click on it and select open in a new tab to see fill version  

I personally much prefer photo-like graphics to drawn ones and this one is much too pastel for my taste. But that's just me 

it certainly is a worthwhile effort. As we lack a dedicated graphics artist, your proposals and efforts to contribute are duly noted.

I'm certain others will share their input as well.
