Jureth - I have owned a USP .40 since I was in Kosovo, its what I trained my wife on so when it came time for her own she had to go with HK.  And I to am a bit jealous, that P30 fits so nice in the hand, much nicer than the USP.

I love the HK weapons...I've fired them at the range several times...I just can't afford one :)

I have a Taurus P945 myself, and it's a nice enough weapon, but I would love to have something more compact.

You Americans and your guns! Christmas time certainly evokes something strange when you but a weapon!  However if it's what she wanted, you've got to keep the wife happy :P

I got some Money, a new lens for my camera (Sony A55), and a very nice watch.  My mum also bought me a signed portrait of Janeway which was definitely the highlight of the day.

a nice gift indeed Jamie...I've thought about trying to buy some Trek memorabilia but a lot of it is really expensive!

I received a food strainer/grinder attachment for my Kitchenaid stand mixer. I know some of you would think that's a crazy gift, BUT with my arthritis in my hands, it will be a life saver when I make tomato sauce and apple butter this summer! With the economy crapping out, I had a garden last summer, and I plan on tripling the size next summer and adding a few dwarf fruit trees. Hubby also gave me my hands-down favorite perfume, Amarige. I love it. The kids gave me a tornado maker, which I thought was a lot of fun. I also received some gardening books, a gift card, a beautiful embroidered table runner from my sister, and goodies in my stocking like a Star Wars coffee mug, candy, and a mini M&M lightsaber. My aunt and uncle were very generous and gave us a nice monetary gift to help pay for the legal costs needed to take action against the property manager who was utterly negligent last summer. She also gave the whole family a 'Geek Wisdom' book. I laughed so hard when I saw it.

Since the whole family received some Wal-Mart gift cards, we decided to pool them for a blu-ray player with wifi.

I hope to buy a Kindle soon, but we need to get our cars registered in PA before we buy anything else.

A couple of $25 gift cards for my Kindle Fire, which I received last Christmas, and has not left my side even one day since!

And most important, a brand new HP G6 laptop with specs good enough that I am FINALLY able to play Star Trek Online, and Star Wars The Old Republic! :)
