A couple things.
Although not overly important, I noticed in the forms section that the Academy Division has one form ... 'Professor's Reports'. The other divisions hold CO reports as well as sub-division reports. Although the Admiralty section holds CO/XO report forms, this is doubled in the Command and Operations sections, but not in the Academy section. Perhaps a streamlining is in order?
Secondly: I had submitted a nomination for promotion about 3 or 4 reports ago. I noticed later that the nomination is supposedly within the senders own division only.
I would like to suggest that, like our old site under Nova, we have a Nomination for Promotion form added. All members could submit a recommendation for Promotion on any other member they feel deserving. I suppose that setting this up to be sent to the nominee's division CO and the Fleet XO could be achieved somehow. Not sure on that. However it is set up, the Fleet Admiralty and Divisional CO's and XO's could then discuss the merits of the nomination and accept or deny at their discretion, based of the nominator's recommendations and submitted references.
