Synopsis

Although the Dominion War is long since over, one of the larger Jem'hadar Scoutships and one of the last to recieve the Founders orders to stand down and to return to the Gamma Quadrant, has become stuck in a perilous situation. Its crew, with the exception of their Vorta, were in stasis for the long journey from near Romulan Space. But the ship has hit a Klingon Mine from part of an uncharted mine field, not far from the Klingon border.

Starfleet is sending a ship to rescue the ship from the large, and still deadly minefield. However things are complicated, when on their arrival, they discover an Acamarian clan ship bent on vengeance against the Dominion ship. The Acamarians suffered during the war and have returned to an extent to their old traditions of vengeance.

It is a race against time to get into the minefield and get the Jem'hadar out before the Acarmarians destroy them.

The Jem'hadar

All the Jem'hadar are in stasis and the system is currently functioning. They are undergoing extreme withdrawl from lack of Ketracel White, hence their stasis and their Vorta can not control them for long if awakened.

Their ship whilst well armed cant be used to fight without a full crew. Its engines are currently offline from serious mine damage. It would require a space walk to repair them.

The Acamarians

Their ship is roughly equal to an Excelsior class starship, and very battle hardened from long periods of raiding the Dominion during the war. Its crew are hardened from raiding and experienced in boarding actions.

Though the Acarmarians are Federation Members this clan suffered greatly in the Dominion War and wishes vengeance against them. They may resort to any tactics to get it, maybe even attacking a Federation Starship.

The Minefield

The Minefield is made of very old Gravitic Mines. They have a very crude anti tampering system which means any attempt without proper Klingon equipment and codes will detonate the mine with no warning. Their sensors arent as efficiant as say Romulan mines but they carry proximity detectors as well as contact detonators. They will attack ANY ship even Klingon ones. If the minefield is detonated it will destroy the Dominion Ship.
